Eligibility
EasyRFP is intended for business users who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Use of the Platform
EasyRFP provides a platform that helps property managers create Requests for Proposal (RFPs), obtain vendor bids, generate contracts, manage projects, and facilitate payments. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify EasyRFP immediately of any unauthorized use.
Vendor and Manager Responsibilities
Property managers are responsible for selecting vendors and approving work. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, bids, licenses, insurance, and performance. EasyRFP is a technology platform and is not a party to contracts between users.
Payments
Fees, payment processing, and transaction charges are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of the transaction. Users authorize EasyRFP and its payment providers to process applicable payments and fees.
Intellectual Property
All EasyRFP software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other platform content are owned by EasyRFP or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EasyRFP is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the quality or outcome of work performed by third-party vendors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyRFP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes and Termination
EasyRFP may modify these Terms of Use or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
